Help Topic: Copying and existing Shift Job


Please note that Shift Management is not available for the the Starter Package

For repeat Shifts, Clients can also clone an existing Job by first opening the Job they wish to copy in the My Jobs section of the Client Portal:

 

Once open, they will see a Copy Job button:

 

Clicking this button will open the New Shift Job page with the details from this Job pre-filled allowing the client to make any changes and submit the new Shift Job quickly:

 

This will be submitted as a new Job and alerted to the Contact or Client owner in the normal way via both onscreen and email alert.
