To expediate the calculation of standard overtime rates, we have included a new drop down list in the Placement Rates section that provided configurable factors that can be applied to standard rates.
A standard set are pre-loaded into Tracker however these can be configured within the Placement Settings page:

Within the Placement record a new drop down will be displayed with the above factors available:
Selecting one of these will automatically calculate the overtime rates and enter them into the appropriate fields:
You can select factors for overtime rates as often as you like with each selections updating the overtime rates accordingly.
