To make it simpler to identify people within a sequence and which step and sequence is scheduled next, we have added a new column to the main lists called Next Sequence Activity. This is available from the Columns menu:
Next Sequence Activity is different from Next Activity in that:
- Next Sequence Activity is a forecasted activity that would be created should the sequence continue to run as planned. Should the sequence stop as a result of the "Stop Rules" being triggered, this will no longer show an activity
- Next Activity is defined as the earliest open or pending activity for that person (even if in the past)
The Next Sequence Activity will show the type of activity (email or text etc) along with the name of the Sequence Step that will be run:
Clicking on the Activity will popup the preview window showing the content of the sequence step and the associated records who will receive it.
Clicking the Go To Sequence button will open the actual Sequence allowing you to view and edit the sequence step before it is sent.
