When using the Match Jobs function withing the Candidate record, there is now a function to compare the Resume for the current Candidate with the Job Description on the Job so that a more informed decision can be made when shortlisting that Candidate.
To access this new function, click the Match Jobs in the Action Menu as normal where you will see the Compare button:

Clicking the Compare button will popup a new window showing the Job Description on the left and the Resume on the right:
From this screen you can review the 2 descriptions and make a more informed decision as to whether to shortlist the candidate to the Job.
Highlighting Keywords
To make it easier to review key Words and Phrases, there is also a Search Text box at the bottom that will allow you to enter any words or phrases to highligh in both documents.
As words and phrases are added or removed, the highlights will automatically refresh.
