The main Timesheets page filters has been improved:
- All entries are now multi-text allowing for multiple Clients/Companies, Candidates and Departments to be selected
- Invocing and Payments options have been added to filter on Invoiced/Uninvoiced or Paid/Unpaid entries only
- Assignment/ Project Name has been added to narrow down entries based on the Assignment Name. This is also a multi-text field if you want to filter by multiple assignments.
- Lastly, you can filter by Placement Type, Candidate Owner, or Job Owner. *Placement Type is a helpful field to use if you need to easily filter by 1099 vs W2 employees. You can add the placement type to their placement record, then easily filter by it here in the Timesheet page.
These are visible in the Filter button and kept between pages ensuring they are retained whenever you return to the Timesheets page:
