Activities can now be auto-generated in the Placement record when Placements change status.
This includes all standard and custom activity types and can be set within Placement Settings > Automatic Activities
To add an automatic Activity on Placement Status change, click the New button and select the status, the Activity Type and the Status you want the activity to have.
Example: A new "Contractor Care Call" with a status of "Not Started" to be created whenever a Placement status changes to "Rejected by Client":
This will appear in the Placement's Activities list as well as the Activities list for whichever User instigated the status change in the Placement.
