1. User targets are set per user under Tools & Settings. Click on your name.
2. Click "Tools & Settings"
3. Click "Users"
4. Click User Targets.
5. Select the user you want to set a target for.
6. Click "Kpi Target"
7. Select the KPI you want to set a target for.
8. Input the "Total Target Amount" field.
9. Click "Ok"
10. Now you can see the new target.
11. Click "My Dashboards"
12. Select the dashboard you want to check the target on.
13. Now you can see under New Leads Generated Paul Gaffney has a target of 10 per day.
