Help Topic: Create Agency Resume from Docx


We have improved the efficiency of this popular feature whereby you can use the existing Select Docx File option on the Agency Resume builder:

 

As well as being able to select an existing Docx file and convert it directly into an Agency Resume format (retaining all the feature in the Word document such as fonts, tables etc), there is now also a shortcut to automatically select this document if it is already uploaded to the Candidate file.

Please note that for this function to work, the following needs to be true for the uploaded document:

  • It must be a valid ".docx" Microsoft Word File (".doc" or ".pdf" documents will not work)
  • It must be marked as a "Resume" in the document list
  • It must be marked as the "Primary" Resume in the Document list

Example of a primary resume:

 

Assuming this document is already in the Documents list, a new option will appear in the Create Agency Resume popup window template selector:

 

This will automatically retreive, convert and present the content of the Docx file in the Agency Resume window allowing you to make and final edits and re-save to the Candidate record:
