Help Topic: Absence


You can declare your absence availability such as holidays, expenses or working other contracts via the App which tells the agency when you are either unavailable to work, or to specifically request leave.

This can be accessed via the Availability option on the Apps main menu:

 

Once open, select the Availability Requests option:

 

This will display all current requests for the current year with their status etc for easy reference.  Clicking the + button will show more details for each requests and if the request is still pending, and option to delete the request is also available:

 

To enter a new request, click the New Request button where you will be able to select the type of absence, the dates and confirm the total number of days:

The workflow within Tracker will notify the relevant people to review and, if appropriate, approve the request.
