If you want to revoke a previously sent Web Form then you can now cancel the send by going to Tools & Settings > Custom Form Sends and locating the send using the filters.
There is a new icon to the right of the Custom Form Send call "Revoke" that will immediately cancel the send presenting the recipient with a polite notificaiton that the form is no longer valid:
