Help Topic: Send Message via App


For those clients using the Tracker Mobile App, you can now review and send Messages directly from the Candidate record (as well as in bulk from the Candidate list).

This option is located in the Action Bar side menu in the Candidate record:

 

There is also a new record within the Address & Contact Information section of the Candidate record where you will be able to see the device they have installed, the date and time of installation and the ability to send messages directly.
