Marketing & Declaration allows candidates to choose how you communicate with and represent them when retaining their data for processing on relevant jobs.
1. Find the area in your candidate record that contains the Candidate Portal Information. Check on Marketing & Declaration.

2. Click "Save Only"

3. Now you can see in the candidate's portal they have an area under Compliance that they can complete. This section gives you permission to represent them.

4. The candidate can check this off to approve emails from you.

5. The candidate can check this off to approve texts from you.

6. The candidate can check this off to approve telephone calls from you.

7. And lastly they can select this option if they want to be removed from all marketing completely.

8. The candidate will click submit when they're happy.

9. Now in the candidate record you can see they have opted in for all marketing options.

10. The right to represent is also checked on.
