Watchdogs allow you to continue automatically running a search within a Longlist of a Job Record. So if any candidates match the criteria of your search in your external job boards, they will automatically be sent to you daily.
The benefit? It helps you stay on point 24/7 in identifying fresh candidates hitting the market. Here's how to set this up:
- Head to " my settings" under your name at the top right corner:
- Please scroll down past the plug in section to find the Job Board setup section:
- Using the drop down, select the different job boards you wish to set up and be sure to follow the blue prompt per job board for set up instructions. Once completed, be sure to select save:
- Once your job boards are set up, you can now search that job board directly from within Tracker. Please head to the job you wish to set up a Watchdog for. Once the search is ran and results are fetched, please go to the all job board tab within the longlist results:

This selection will allow you to automatically engage with the candidate by sending them an email letting them know you are interested in their skills and want to connect.
- Choose what selections work best for you and be sure to hit okay to complete the Watchdog set up:
