Help Topic: Timesheet Template Settings


 

 

You can choose to attach your candidate's timesheets and expense approvals to the emailed invoice that is sent out to your client with the following setting below.

 

In addition to this, we can also choose to combine these approvals with those emailed invoices, or have those go out as separate attachments shown in the setting below.

 

Once you have made your selections, below you will find all of the templates for the emails that can be sent around timesheet, expense, and absense approvals. As well as missing timesheet reminders to candidates and confirming shift details to a candidate. These can be edited directly in the text box where you can format, add media, and customize these templates using tags to personalize these emails the way you want. The following templates available are:

  • Timesheet Request: Anytime a placed candidate submits a timesheet this email will be sent to the delivery/commercial contact listed on the project to either approve or deny.
  • Expense Request: Anytime a placed candiadate submits an expense request this email will be sent to the delivery/commerical contact listed on the project to either approve or deny.
  • Absence Request: Anytime a placed candidate is requesting time off this email is sent off to the candidate's manager so they can either approve or deny. 
  • Missing Timesheet Reminder: You can manually send this email to the selected candidates from the missing timesheet tab on the timesheets page, or send to all candidates listed in bulk.
  • Shift Confirmation: Emails to the candidate detailing the shift (times, locations, etc) once confirmed.
