What is the Shortlist Pipeline?

There are pre-filtered Placement Status lists available under "Shortlist Pipeline". These include all placement statuses that you have added to your database.

If you're looking to build out your own placement pipeline > click "All Pipeline".

From here, in "All Pipeline" you can build out a custom list of placements in a current status using the Filter button.

After adding your filters, you can click "Go" and save this as a pipeline list view for your dashboards.

Instead of filtering by status, you can also simply filter by state (open, won, closed):

Job Views, including pre-configured Shortlist Pipeline Views, can utilize Job State to answer questions such as, “who are my current submittals for only my Open Jobs?”

Once applied, users will be able to save views with this filter applied.
