What is the Shortlist Pipeline?

There are pre-filtered Placement Status lists available under "Shortlist Pipeline". These include Applied > Shortlisted > Submissions > Interviews > Offers > Rejection Statuses.

If you're looking to build out your own placement pipeline > click "All Pipeline".

From here, in "All Pipeline" you can build out a custom list of placements in a current status using the Filter button.

After adding your filters, you can click "Go" and save this as a pipeline list view for your dashboards.
