How to Connect to Docusign

This guide shows the exact quick steps to link your Docusign account with Tracker by retrieving the API Account ID from DocuSign and entering it in Tracker’s settings. It explains where to find the ID in Docusign Admin, how to enable the Docusign plugin in Tracker, and the required sign-in and permission steps to complete the integration.

 

1. In order to complete the Docusign set up steps in Tracker you first need the API Account ID from your Docusign account.

Open Docusign in your browser https://admin.docusign.com

Once logged in navigate to the Admin area via the menu at the top.

2. Within the Admin area scroll down the left menu to the Integrations area and click "Apps and Keys".

3. Next to API Account ID is an icon to click to "Copy to clipboard".

That's all the information you need from your Docusign account, we can now add that to Tracker to enable the integration.

4. Via your Profile Menu go to your My Settings.

5. Here you can click PlugIns to jump straight to that area.

6. The next step is to toggle on Docusign.

7. This is where you will paste in the API Account ID and click OK to continue.

8. You will then be required to enter your Docusign account email and password.

9. Finally, you will need to click to "Allow Access". Remember to click "Save Settings" at the top of your My Settings page.
