Help Topic: How to Reply to a Support Ticket


To respond to a Support Ticket in Tracker, navigate to the ticket in your portal:

Upon selecting the ticket, choose the reply arrow to respond or close the ticket. 

Upon response, you can also elect to close the ticket once it has been resolved. 

 

If you need to view the response from the Support team, click into their Dialogue message like so. This will expand the screen:
