Under Tools & Settings > Job Settings:
Scroll to the bottom of the page to view what settings you can maneuver for your VMS jobs.
From this section you can map up to 5 custom fields from your VMS, to custom fields within Tracker. You can also choose which status to map Open, Closed and On Hold jobs to within Tracker:
You'll want to save your changes and then jump into the Layout Designer (From the main Tools Home screen) and add "Vendor Management" to your job record layout.
