Help Topic: Longlist Search Using Boolean AI

Within a job record you can build a resume search for specific candidates by clicking into the Longlist.

With the Resume Search side you can:

  • Perform an advanced boolean search using strings of key words and/or phrases

  • Click on the Boolean button to get started. From here you'll have 2 options

1. Click the Boolean Builder for assistance with building out your boolean string

-With the Boolean Builder you can break out your search by job title, and skills / keywords from a candidate's resume

Find candidates that at least have "Sales Manager" somewhere in a job title on their resume

That have the keywords "sales" and "management" and "sales management" in their resume

And that have Salesforce.com as a Skill or Keyword somewhere in their resume

  • Once all criteria has been input, click generate Boolean

  • If this looks good, click "Use Boolean" to insert it into your Resume Search section

2. Use Boolean AI

  • If you have a job description input on your job record, by clicking Boolean AI, Tracker will automatically insert a Boolean string of Keywords and Phrases into your Boolean Search field:
