For ease of use, there are numerous indicators when working within the Card View of a Short List.
First and foremost, if you've added a candidate to the Short List who is currently working on another contract assignment, their photo on the shortlist card will change to an exclamation point as shown below:
Hovering over this alert will reveal the details of their current assignment:
In addition, on each card we have indicators for tag text (information added to the Candidate record) and to show other Short List(s) where this candidate can be found.

This information can be found here on the Candidate record:
Shortlist Indicator:
This indicator will tell you if the Candidate is active on any other Short List(s) for Jobs which are open. We will not include Job(s) where a Candidate has been Rejected.
Simply for ease of use, we have also included an icon for a single click to the Candidate record. Right-clicking on this icon will allow for opening in another tab or window:
