Help Topic: Troubleshooting Logic Melon Cookies


Step 1 - Clear LogicMelon Specific cookies

  1. Right click inside the LogicMelon login box, select "inspect" towards the bottom of the list
  2. Navigate to the Application Tab
  3. Expand the cookies menu item in the left panel
  4. Find any LogicMelon domain(s) (*.logicmelon.com)
  5. Right click and clear
  6. Close the developer tools, reload the website and retry

 

If Step 1 does not work, complete step 2 followed by step 1.

 

Step 2 - Clear integration Host cookies

  1. Right click inside the LogicMelon login box, select "inspect" towards the bottom of the list
  2. Navigate to the Application Tab
  3. Click the Storage menu item
  4. Ensure include third-party cookies button is enabled
  5. Click clear site data
