Step 1 - Clear LogicMelon Specific cookies
- Open developer tools (Fn andF12 together on your keyboard)
- Navigate to the Application Tab
- Expand the cookies menu item in the left panel
- Find any LogicMelon domain(s) (*.logicmelon.com)
- Right click and clear
- Close the developer tools, reload the website and retry
If Step 1 does not work, complete step 2 followed by step 1.
Step 2 - Clear integration Host cookies
- Open developer tools (Fn andF12 together on your keyboard)
- Navigate to the Application Tab
- Click the Storage menu item
- Ensure include third-party cookies button is enabled
- Click clear site data
