From both the Shortlist and Longlist of a Job, users can find similar candidates across their database for quick shortlisting, longlisting and/or adding to a send list.
From a Longlist, simply use the action menu next to your model candidate:
Similarly, you will be able to do the same from the Shortlist:
Based upon your model candidate's CV, you will then be taken to a list of similar candidates in an active state.
From there, you can control the columns shown (including Quick View) and add one or more candidates to the Shortlist, Longlist or to a Send List.
