The Deleted Records feature now processes high volumes more efficiently, reducing timeouts and making it easier to search for records you want to reinstate. Additionally, for records deleted within the last 180 days, users can now see who deleted a record and when.
Filtering on Form Sends (Tools & Settings)
Our Form Sends feature in Tools & Settings now includes a user filter to isolate who sent a form and a keyword search to quickly find records by Form Name or Recipient, making it easier than ever to locate the records you need.
Starting a Sequences from a Placement View
Users can now use their Placement Views to start a Sequence for both Candidates and Contacts to help teams engage with their workers and their clients.
Bulk Update Source
Tracker now supports bulk updating Source across the system, including Placements, Jobs, Companies, Contacts, and Leads—plus the ability to bulk update Source directly from a Job’s Shortlist.
A New Filter for Job State to Provide More Flexibility with Job Views
Job Views, including pre-configured Shortlist Pipeline Views, can now utilize Job State to answer questions such as, “who are my current submittals for only my Open Jobs?”
Once applied, users will be able to save views with this filter applied.
A Tag for Shift Roster Tomorrow
A new tag has been made available to both Candidate and Contact templates so that upcoming shifts can be communicated on a daily basis.
Timesheet Audit History
Users can now view the last 180 days of timesheet changes directly within Tracker, providing greater transparency for teams.
