Click here to install Capture By Tracker. Capture can work alongside ANY Job Board site or website that serves CV/Resumes, including ANY version of LinkedIn including Sales Navigator, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Reed, etc. Capture even works independently of the browser so it can be used as a checking and import tool for Outlook, One Drive and others, too!
Included in Capture is also a new "Check Tracker" tool that automatically takes the name and URL from a LinkedIn visit, allowing the inclusion of Email Address and Phone Number. This allows a user to see if Candidates exist by direct match or name on Tracker before needing to download the profile, saving you from downloading more profiles than needed.
1. Once you have downloaded Capture, open LinkedIn. You will see an option in your Extensions on your browser to click on Capture (Tracker's logo). I have pinned mine to the top of my browser here.

2. Once clicked, you have the option to either drag over a resume immediately, or check to see if the candidate/contact exists in Tracker based on their name or LinkedIn URL.

3. For example, Courtney has her LinkedIn URL and name public, so these fields pull into this area.

4. I can then hit Check Tracker to see if she already exists as a record in the system.

5. Courtney does exist in the system. You can see two contact records (red) and one candidate record (green) exist in Tracker. I can click on any of these links to open the existing records in Tracker.

6. Or I can click on the 3 dots near Courtney's profile to download her resume.

7. Save it as a PDF.

8. Then drag it over to the "Please drop CV or Resume Here" option.

9. This will then display all of Courtney's LinkedIn details (that she shares publicly) on the righthand side.

10. Such as a summary of her resume (from the resume direct), or a summary using AI.

11. Or Job History.

12. And Education History.

13. By clicking the action button, I can open the record or create a task.

14. I could also click Import.

15. As that will allow me to update her existing profile (whether a candidate or contact.

16. I can also associate her to a job.

17. And pick whether to add her to the Shortlist or Longlist of that job.

18. I can also check the profile of someone that may not exist in Tracker's system yet.

19. You will see a purple message letting you know this person doesn't exist in Tracker yet. From there, you can decide whether to drag their resume over and import them as a candidate or contact, just as we did above.
