Help Topic: Creating Document Packs


Tracker now gives the users an ability to quickly create PDFs from templated Documents using tags with our new Document Packs feature. 

These are organized much like the Form Sends however these are to cover cases where you are not expecting a form or document to be returned, rather you are relaying important information to the Candidate or Hiring Manager. 

Templates like this one can be created then become part of a Document Pack.  

 

Once created, they can be saved and/or emailed from the Shortlist of a Job, a Shift, a Candidate record or a Contact record:

 

 

 

The resulting documents will be saved in PDF format within the record document section and tags will be utilized:
