Setting the ‘Placement Assigned By User’ as Sequence Owner
Previously, only the Placement Owner could be assigned to a Placement Sequence. Based on customer feedback, we've expanded this to include the Placement Assigned By user, allowing Sequence items to be sent before ownership is set on the Placement.
On Demand Compliance Portal Link
You no longer have to wait for the Compliance Automation engine to send the Compliance Portal link. We've added a tag that can be used in both Candidate and Placement-level email templates, allowing access to the Compliance Portal sooner—before any automation rules are set—so you can address key compliance items faster.
Document Packs
With Tracker’s new Document Packs feature, you can quickly generate PDFs from templated documents using tags.
Similar to Form Sends, Document Packs are designed for cases where no response is needed—just a way to share important information with Candidates or Hiring Managers.
Templates can be created and added to a Document Pack for easy use. A help file will be available soon to guide you through creating and sending Document Packs.
Once created, they can be saved and/or emailed from the Shortlist of a Job, a Shift, a Candidate record or a Contact record:
The resulting documents will be saved in PDF format within the record’s document section and tags will be utilized:
**While these are currently set to be sent to one candidate at a time, we’re working on expanding this to support bulk sending.
User Audit History
User Audit History now displays the time zone of the logged-in user and is ordered sequentially to prevent confusion caused by time zone differences.
Checking for Similarly Named Candidates and Contacts
Duplicates can be a hassle, so we're making it easier to keep your records unique. Now, Tracker will check for similar names when adding new Candidates and Contacts.
Default Shortlist Order
You asked, and we delivered! A new global setting lets administrators choose how candidates are ordered in the Shortlist Kanban view. You can now sort them alphabetically (as it is now) or by the date they were added to the job, giving you more control over the review process.
Map View for Jobs
Map view is now available for Jobs! When a candidate contacts your agency about openings, you can enter their zip/postal code to find jobs within a set radius. With one click, you’ll see a map of matching jobs, making it easier to find the right opportunities.
For example, if a candidate in Howell, MI is open to traveling within 50 miles, you can quickly locate jobs right on the map.
Bulk Updating Placement Assigned By User
Previously, updating the 'Assigned By' user had to be done directly within the Placement record, which made it difficult to manage organizational changes and Candidate ownership updates. To streamline this, Users can now use Bulk Update from either the Shortlist of a Job or the Placement View to easily modify this field.
As a reminder, there’s another recent feature allowing you to send sequences from this user to make that messaging even more targeted.
Attaching Documents to a Timesheet
Tracker now allows workers to attach documentation to their Timesheets when submitting them. These attachments can be viewed in the Timesheets View and will be included when submitting for approval. This means your clients can review both the timesheets and any supporting documents.
Once a candidate attaches the file(s) they’ll be able to review, remove and re-attach as needed:
Opening the Timesheet from the Timesheets View will reveal a new tab for ‘Documents’ where you can review what the worker has attached:
Submitting Approvals by Email will include the attachments by default. Also important to note, if you have submittals going directly to the hiring manager, they’ll be included in those approval requests (if present):
Preventing Bulk Emails to Opted-Out Records
If your team is having trouble with overriding the checkbox for bulk emails and sending messages to records that have opted out, you now have the option to enable or disable this override with a new setting.
