Preventing Bulk Re-Enrollment into the Same Sequence

We have added a new option where customers can enroll Candidate and Contact records into sequences (in bulk) using the Action menu but still ensure those who have already been enrolled in that sequence are not re-enrolled.

General Flow:

  • Go to a list view (Candidates, Contacts, Leads, Placements) select two or more records and utilize the action menu to Start a Sequence
  • Note that the checkbox to ‘Prevent Re-Enrollment’ is checked on by default and only applies to the Sequence selected
  • Unless toggled off, this will ensure the record will not be re-enrolled if they have ever been a part of that sequence

 

Candidates Can Now Update Expiring Items Anytime in Candidate Portal

We’ve rounded out the loop with Compliance Items with respect to running automations to capture those expiring soon. Previously, an item needed to be marked Rejected or Unverified for the Candidate to upload a revised item.

With this change, as long as the Compliance Item has an expiration date, a Candidate can upload a revision any time they wish to ensure none of their items reach or extend beyond the expiration date.

General Flow:

  • Candidate is hired and receives a link to upload their Compliance Items in the portal
  • Agency has an automation in place to chase items expiring soon (however they define that)
  • Candidate gets an automated email letting them know an item is expiring soon with a link to the portal where they can upload a new item and remain in compliance, all without manual intervention by the agency

Expiration Dates are now shown within the Compliance Portal to help Candidates self-manage this area.

 

Preventing Shift Assignment when Company is Excluded

Company exclusions are now automatically applied when using the Shift Planner and assigning Shift Jobs.

General Flow:

  • Company Exclusion is added to the Candidate record
  • From the Shift Planner, user tries to fill a Shift for a Company which is not Excluded – Candidate appears
  • From the Shift Planner, user tries to fill a Shift for a Company which is Excluded – Candidate does not appear

Instantly Copy Last Week's Time within Candidate Portal

Within the candidate portal, an option to copy time from last week has been added. This will automatically bring over the project tasks and all time logged against them into the current week with one click.

 

New Action Menu in Shift Planner

We’ve added the ability to select one or more shifts within a Planner and included several bulk actions such as Send Email, Send Text and Bulk Update Shifts.

General Flow:

  • Company wants to notify candidates of their upcoming shifts so Tracker user selects multiple candidates from the planner then chooses ‘Send Email’ to email them a template with their upcoming shifts
  • Tracker user wants to change the status or start time/end time of a shift assignment for multiple shifts/multiple workers so they use the Bulk Update Shifts option

 

Previewing uploaded documents in quarantined forms:

Within Tools and Settings > Onboarding drop down to the left > Form Sends > You will see the "submitted" option for those form sends that are quarantined upon submission. Click onto the orange "submitted" button to preview the form submission:

You will see an eye icon shown below that can be selected to pull up the attachment preview:

Clicking into each preview will display the uploaded file, whether it be a resume, photo, cover letter, logo, or anything else you need uploaded to this form prior to committing.
