Help Topic: New Features (July 2025)

Utilizing Yes/No Custom Fields for Sequences

We’ve expanded the ability to trigger automated Sequences by allowing Yes/No custom fields to be used as triggers. Previously, only core fields could trigger Sequences automatically.

For example, you can now set a Sequence to launch automatically when a candidate’s status on a job is marked as “Ready to Start.” This enhancement opens up countless additional use cases for automating your workflows.

General Flow:

  • Customers want to trigger automaton to send a form when a custom field is changed to Yes or No
  • User changes a specific custom field to the specified value and the sequence steps are performed when triggered

AI-Generated Sequences

You can now harness AI within Tracker to build Sequences automatically based on your input. Available for Candidates, Contacts, and Leads, this feature allows you to generate outreach content and steps seamlessly while creating your Sequences.

General Flow:

  • Opportunity to target companies seeking civil engineers in Atlanta, GA
  • Targeted search in Tracker for suitable Contacts who need talent
  • Generate a Sequence of events to highlight your firm’s ability to assist with these needs

Mandatory Field Alert Prompt

Many customers use mandatory fields to ensure their records contain all necessary information, but it can sometimes be challenging to locate which fields still need to be completed. Not anymore! Now, when saving any record with enforced mandatory fields, users will see a single, consolidated area where they can easily fill in all required fields before saving.

General Flow:

  • My manager needs to ensure all Candidates in the system have a Source, Zip Code and Role Type filled in for proper filtering and searching
  • When trying to save the record, I now have a single area to enter all of the necessary information

Quick Add Prospects

Prospecting is often an underutilized feature in Tracker, so we’ve made it much easier to add records to your Prospecting pipeline.

You will now see ‘Quick Add’ buttons on Company, Contact, and Candidate records, allowing you to quickly look up and add prospects directly to the relevant records with just a few clicks.

Bulk Update Shifts

While utilizing the Shift Planner, users can now multi-select workers and complete various actions such as sending emails (including templates), text messages, communication via the Tracker App or changing Shift Details.

Clear Off Limits

User Privileges have been added to restrict a user from removing an Off Limits restriction on a Candidate and/or Contact.

Candidate-Level Control for Compliance Automation

You can now turn Compliance Automation on or off for each individual candidate right from their record, giving you more control over how and when it's used. Use this when a candidate doesn’t need the standard compliance workflow. No need to change the whole system, just toggle it off for that one record.

More Context When Linking Companies to Records

Company records can appear multiple times in your database with different spellings or locations, making it difficult to link the correct record. To help with this, we now display City, State/Town, and County in the drop-down menus, making it easier to identify and select the right record.
