Tracker has now integrated with Calendly!
We now offer a Calendly plugin found in My Settings which can connect directly to your Calendly account.
Important: Your Calendly username (email) must match the username used to log into your TrackerRMS account. If these do not match, the integration will not work.
Simply flip the plugin on and follow the prompts to connect your Calendly account, ensuring all steps are followed.
This offers the ability to have appointment activities automatically created when a candidate or contact book through your meeting link. Please note, that appointment activities will only be created if the email address booking the meeting matches an existing record in Tracker.
Once booked, you will see the appointment appear as displayed here:
