Compliance Item Sets
We’ve been hard at work enhancing the Compliance Items within Tracker so that items can be combined into sets for ease of organization as well as enforcement during the placement process.
Compliance Items are now found only within Candidate Settings. In the same area you’ll find a new area to build Compliance Sets out of your individual items:
Sets can be assigned at both the Company and Contact/Hiring Manger level:
Sets will then be available at a Job level where we show a unique list of Sets attached to the Company and Contacts linked to the job by default:
Once a set is selected, individual items will be added to the Job:
Within the Placement record we now provide two record blocks to assess the Candidate’s level of compliance for that Job:
From the Shortlist, you will now have an indicator for cases where the Candidate is not compliant:
When the new Placement setting is configured, you can also prevent Placements from being made:
Much more to come for the Tracker Compliance module such as a way to view multiple documents attached to a single item as well as a quick download option so stay tuned!
Send a Web Document to a Candidate on the Longlist
Web Documents can now be sent to Candidates from the Longlist view making it easy to send out Right to Represents and other items for signature:
Date Confirmed on a Placement
We’ve added a setting to control whether users can or cannot edit the Date Confirmed field on a placement.
Flexible Auto Action Controls on Shortlist
Having the activities logged in your system is of utmost importance when it comes to Tracking KPIs and reviewing historical data. As such, we’ve built more support around our Auto Action function to not only set a database default but to also permit or restrict toggling this switch on the Job record.
Key Statistics are now clickable on a job
Users can now click on Key Statistics from a Job for an easy dive into lists of candidates who have been Submitted, Interviewed, or been made an Offer.
Enhanced Send List Management: Bulk Adding & Sequence Integration
Based on your feedback, you can now add selected Candidates and Contacts to multiple Send Lists in a single step. We heard you loud and clear.
And don’t worry, we already remove duplicates when you are using these Send Lists so add away!
Adding Sequence Results to a Send List
Speaking of Send Lists, you can now add your Contacts and Candidates enrolled in Sequences to Send Lists as well, giving you even more options when evaluating your Sequence results.
A Brand New “Workers” View
You’ve always had the ability to filter on Placement Start and End Dates but with “Workers” you can now quickly access a list of workers for a given time period which also references utilization for those of you with employees on shifts and gig labor roles.
Ability to either Overwrite or Append when Bulk Updating Custom Fields
When updating Custom Fields, users can now decide whether they want to overwrite the current data in fields with the new value, or append the current data by adding the new value to current selection, allowing you to enrich data much more effectively as time goes on.
Aligning the Timesheet Dates with Filter on Timesheets View
When opening a timesheet from the Timesheets View, we are now aligning the date of the timesheet to the period you’ve set in your filter, beginning with the first day of possible time entry, regardless of today’s date.
