Help Topic: Eva & Agentic | Governance

There are two important questions you should be asking yourself when using AI, and we’ll answer them here:

Is it Safe and Is it Controlled.

Nothing here runs unchecked, so let’s look at the layers of the governance model.

System-level governance

We start with System-level governance.

This is ours here at Tracker to configure.

It keeps Eva and every agent focused on their role as a recruitment CRM.

It doesn't go off-topic, and it doesn't act like a general-purpose chatbot.

In practice: it won't draft a client's marketing copy or answer a question that has nothing to do with the desk.

What Eva can do; is answer questions, draft content, and take actions on a record, shortlist, log an activity, draft an email.

What she cannot do, is operate outside recruitment topics, send something without a human approving it first, or fabricate information that isn't backed by what's actually in the record.

That last one matters most for you, it's the difference between a tool that's useful and a tool that's a liability.

Agent-level Governance

We also have governance at the Agent-level.

Every individual agent is scoped for accuracy.

A CV scrubbing agent will not add, infer, or embellish anything that can't be verified in the original document.

With Relevant agents, such as Resume Summary, you can even add your own guardrails too.

In practice: no fabricated dates, skills, or job titles ever reach a client submission.
