Creating a New Agent Instance

Each Agent Instance has its own configuration, and you can create multiple Instances of the same Agent, each with a different outcome.

Once created, Agent Instances are available to run manually against relevant record types, or you can use them to create Triggers to automate them.

Agent Instances are listed alphabetically by Agent Instance Name.

Step one is to expand the Available Agents drop down and select the Agent you want to create an instance for.

Each Agent will have a slightly different configuration as follows below, remember to click Create when done.

Alignment Score Configuration

This Agent has a simple configuration, all we need to do is give it a name.

AI Screener Configuration

In addition to setting an Agent name, you can also choose whether or not to create if any screening questions already exist on the job.

Resume Scrubber Configuration

As with any agent, you can name the agent instance, additionally you can dictate the name the file will be saved under, the file Type, for example PDF or Microsoft Word, and options that dictate whether or not the generated file overwrites any existing documents with the same name or to mark it as the primary version.

Format Template Configuration

For this Agent Instance you can choose names for both the Agent Instance and the file created, the file type, whether it overwrites any existing agency Resumes and if it will be the primary one.

Additionally, you can pick from any of your Agency Resume Templates. Remember, you can create multiple of any Agent Instance, so if you have multiple Agency Resume templates, you can create Agent Instances for each of them.

Resume Summary Configuration

Along with the name (and in addition to the System Guardrails), you can add your own guardrails to this agent, which are essentially rules the AI should follow for when this is created.

There are options for where you save the summary to: as an Activity, as a PDF document or as a Microsoft Word file.
