Eva lives right inside Tracker. Open her from the productivity bar on any record for a quick side panel, or head to AI & Agentic in the main menu for the full chat experience.

Type a question or speak it - Eva takes both. Ask her to summarise a candidate, draft a client update, or check where a placement stands, and she answers in seconds. She'll often suggest a logical next step too, so you can action it with a single click instead of starting a new request.

Ask for several things at once and Eva handles them together. When she mentions a job, client, contact or candidate, click straight through to that record - no separate search needed. Save your favourite prompts for quick reuse, and copy any answer to paste elsewhere or share with a colleague.

 

While Eva answers, Agents work quietly in the background and hand you a finished result. Five are available today - this is just the starting line-up, with more on the way:

• AI Screener - writes job-specific screening questions that go beyond what's on the CV.

• Resume Scrubber - strips personal details from a CV, ready for speculative marketing before a client is confirmed.

• Format Template - reformats a CV into your agency's own branded layout in seconds.

• Resume Summary - produces a clear candidate summary automatically.

Run any of them by hand whenever you like, or let them run themselves — see below.

 

Set each agent up the way your desk works in Agent Studio, found under AI & Agentic in the main menu. Create as many instances of the same agent as you need - a Resume Scrubber configured one way for one client, another way for the next - choosing the output format, filename and file type for each.

Then let Triggers do the running for you. Tell Tracker "when this happens, run that agent" - a new candidate registering, say, or a job going live - and it fires automatically, with a cool-off period so it never runs too often. One event can set off several agents at once, each doing its own job without you lifting a finger. And nothing's ever locked in: run any agent manually at any time too, whatever its triggers are set to do.

 

Admins decide what's switched on.

The Activation Hub is where you browse the available Agents and Plugins, read what each one does, and subscribe your agency to the ones you want - some included, some paid add-ons.

Permissions decide who can use what. Grant access agent by agent and plugin by plugin, and layer on extras as needed: who can open the Activation Hub, who can build new Agents, who can see everyone's usage on the Dashboard, and who can buy more credits.

 

Keep an eye on usage

The Eva & Agentic Dashboard, in the main menu, shows exactly how the AI is being used - this week, this month, and all-time. Three things are tracked: Sequencer credits (one per automated chain, however many agents it runs), Agentic credits (one per manual run), and Eva prompts (one per question).

Spot your power users, catch anyone who could use a nudge, and see forecasted month-end usage before you hit a limit - with an Upgrade Allowance button on hand the moment you need more.

 

Eva and the Agents are built to stay useful, not to make things up. Eva keeps to recruitment CRM work - she won't wander into drafting marketing copy or answering questions that have nothing to do with the desk - and she won't invent information that isn't already in the record.

Individual agents work the same way. The Resume Summary agent, for instance, can carry custom guardrails so no fabricated dates, skills or job titles ever make it into a client submission.
