Help Topic: Accessing TrackerRMS from a Mobile Device


You can use most modern smartphones and tablets to access TrackerRMS and can enjoy 100% functionality from any device. 

Depending on the size of the screen on your device, you may find some pages change in the way they are presented to best respond to the dimensions, for example:

If you are using a mobile device to access TrackerRMS, please ensure it is a modern smartphone or tablet with a modern browser such as Safari or Chrome.

 

Does the web address change for mobile devices?

No. You can access TrackerRMS in the same way as your computer by going to my.tracker-rms.com from your mobile browser.

Enter the same Username and Password as you would on a computer.

We recommend bookmarking the logon page or adding it to your Home screen on mobile devices to make it easier to find and should automatically adopt our logo.
