Editing an Existing Note

*You can edit a note in any record in Tracker, whether it’s the Client, Contact, Lead, Job or Candidate record. You can always adjust where your Notes section is located by going to the Layout Designer under Tools & Settings*

  1. Click Into a Candidate Record
  • For this example, we will edit a note in the candidate record
  • Find the tab in your system where notes are (remember every Tracker database is customizable, so Notes might be labeled or located in differently)

  1. Editing an Existing Note
  • Click the yellow pencil button to start editing your note

  • Edit your note, and hit Ok when you are finished
