This lesson shows you how to view a full list of users. If you do not have these options, please contact your Tracker administrator.
Selecting 'Sales' for your users will ensure they are available for selection within the tool in the most common areas.
If you need to remove the check mark for 'Parser' so that users can regain access, simply navigate to their user record, scroll down to the User Configuration Details and uncheck this option.
