This lesson explians how to Track Links, Read Receipts and Delivery Receipts in Emails
Email tracking will consist of the inclusion of hooks within email links to allow tracking of opened and clicked links and how many times these are visited.
There will be a new “Options” menu in the Email page with the following options available:
- Delivery Receipt
- Read Receipt
- Track Links
Link Tracking will replace any links in the email with redirects that we can track. The experience for the recipient will still be seamless, however when this feature is used, clicked links will alert the sender of the email like campaigns. A summary of tracking will then appear in the Read Email window for those emails that have those options in use.
