Help Topic: Timesheet and Expense Settings Overview


This lesson gives an overview of the Timesheet & Expense Settings

  1. Please keep in mind you will need administrative access to get to this action. Click on your name in the top right corner and click on “Tools and Settings.”

  1. Over on the left click on “Back Office ” and then click on “Time and Expense Settings.”

 

 

  1. This will take you to a new page where you will see separate sections for timesheets and expenses. Each section is as follows:

    Timesheet Deafult Settings
    Timesheet Workflow Settings
    Timesheet Display Settings
    Expense Deafult Settings/Expense Codes

    Availability Settings
    Template Settings

 

  1. Please use the help area at the top of the screen to search for videos on the specific sections in this area to learn how to set them each up.
