How to Create a Company Email Signature
- To create a company email signature, you want to start by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then select “Tools and Settings.”
- You then want to locate the Templates tab and then select “User Email Signature Templates.”
- You will then be brought to the user email signature page and you will want to select “Company Standard Email Signature” from the drop-down menu.
- Here you can edit the text, interest tags, change the font, sizing, etc. Once you have made your changes you will want to make sure to click on “Save Signature.”
