How to Create a Company Email Signature

  1. To create a company email signature, you want to start by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then select “Tools and Settings.”

  1. You then want to locate the Templates tab and then select “User Email Signature Templates.”

  1. You will then be brought to the user email signature page and you will want to select “Company Standard Email Signature” from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Here you can edit the text, interest tags, change the font, sizing, etc. Once you have made your changes you will want to make sure to click on “Save Signature.”
