Help Topic: How To Create a User Email Signature


This lesson shows you how to create a User Email Signature

  1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select “Tools and Settings.”

 

  1. You then will want to locate the Templates tab on the left-hand side and then select “User Email Signature Templates.”

  1. Here you will want to select from the drop-down menu to either edit a current email signature or click on the green plus button to create a new email signature.

  1. Once you have click on that green plus button a pop up will appear and you can name your signature name here and have the option to clone an existing signature or create a brand new one.

 

 

  1. This will bring a blank email signature text box to pop up where you can edit, insert tags, and change the layout of your own personal email signature. Once you have made your email signature make sure you hit “Save Signature.”
