What are My / All / New / Favorite Menu Options?

*My / New / All / Favorite menu options are available in all records. For this example, we are showing My / New / All / Favorite menu options under the Candidate record.

1. My Candidate Record(s)

• You can click on ‘My Candidates’ by hovering over the candidates record

• This list of candidates shows what candidates you are the owner of in tracker

2. All Candidate Record(s)

• You can click into ‘All Candidates’ by hovering over the candidates record

• This list shows all candidates in your tracker database

3. New Candidate Record(s)

• To view new candidates, hover over the candidates record

• The new candidates list will show you any candidates who have been added to tracker in the past 7 days

4. Favorite Candidates

• Hover over the candidates record to view your Favorites

• This list will show you any candidates that you have clicked the heart icon to favorite
