What are My / Shared Views?
1. My Views
- My Views are lists that you have filtered and saved for your own personal use
- You can save your views in any record in Tracker's database to help organize and make your workflow that much more efficient
- For example, I saved a view under the candidate record called 'My Great Candidates'
2. Shared Views
- I can also share 'My Great Candidates' with anyone on my team/database
- Click on Filter, hit Go
- Select Save
- Click on the Share With Others to select a team member to share your view with
- Your team member would then be able to see that view by hovering over the candidate record, and Shared Views
