Understanding Rank
1. Click Into an Open Job
- From here you will want to find your longlist tab, put in your search results and hit Fetch Longlist
- You will then see a list of potential candidates appear where they are ranked, with 1 being the top candidate in the search
- The ranking column essentially ranks candidates against your search results, with the #1 candidate being the most relevant
- You can view the ranking column in any of the job boards you searched against as well
