In order to send emails from Tracker using your own email address, you will need to connect your email plugin (Outlook, Gmail or the Custom option if you use something else). This lesson explains how to connect to your Email Plugin, so you can send emails from Tracker to candidates, clients or leads.

Connecting your Email Plugin (Outlook, Gmail, or Custom
1. First, click on your name at the top right corner of your screen.

2. Click "My Settings"

3. Scroll down the page to the Plugins section.

4. In this example, I'm connecting to my Gmail account (the steps are the same whether you select Gmail, Office365 or Custom). Toggle Gmail on to get started.

5. Click the "Account Name" field and enter in your Gmail address.

6. Click "Log in with Google" to enter your Gmail password and finish connecting.

7. Input your Gmail password.

8. Click continue.

9. Allow Tracker to send emails using your Gmail account.

10. Click "Continue"

11. Click "Test Mail Settings" to ensure the process is complete.

12. Once you receive the green check mark, click Ok.

13. Click "Save Settings"
