Five Custom Field Blocks
1. Click Into Tools & Settings
- Select the Customization tab and then Custom Fields
- or simply choose from Tools Home
2. Using Custom Field Blocks
- The primary field block is essentially used as a Header, and the other blocks are used as items beneath that header
- If you're looking to break out your individual custom field blocks with multiple headings, you would want to leave these block fields blank
- For example, I have named three of the five blocks:
- I then made sure to add each custom field block to the layout designer for the Client record
- This is how it looks once added to the layout, in the contact record
