Excluding Unengaged People Automatically From Your Campaign
1. Click Into Campaigns
- Hover over the Campaigns record and click into All Campaigns
- Select the green + New Campaign button on the far right of your screen
- Add in the campaign name, and select the campaign format
- Make sure to hit Ok and Edit so you can continue working on the campaign
2. Excluding Unengaged People Automatically From Your Campaign
- After adding the send list you would like to Send To, you have the option to Exclude Unengaged People
- This option allows you to exclude unengaged people who have had no reaction to more than 10 campaigns
- Once we checked this option off you'll notice that only 57 out of the 58 in the send list will be included in the campaign, as there is one candidate who has had no reaction for more than 10 campaigns
