This lesson explains how to Create a Task in the Ticket Timeline.
When you are in a Ticket and wish to Create a Task for yourself or a Colleague, you will first need to locate the 'Timeline'. In the below example it is in the General Tab, but your Administrator may have moved this elsewhere within the Layout Designer.
You then need to click on the Plus Sign shown above in the yellow circle
And from the box that appears, select 'Create a Task'.
Populate the fields in the Task Dialogue box
Click 'OK' to save and this will then appear in your Activities list in your Home Page and also within the Activities Tab within the Ticket
