Help Topic: Logging a Note on the Timeline


This lesson explains how to log a Note on the Timeline.

When you are in a Ticket and wish to Log a Note for yourself or a Colleague, you will first need to locate the 'Timeline'.  In the below example it is in the General Tab, but your Administrator may have moved this elsewhere within the Layout Designer. 

You then need to click on the Plus Sign shown above in the yellow circle

And from the box that appears, select 'Log a Note on the Timeline'

Add your Note in the box which appears and from the Dropdown, select who the Note is from (either yourself, or the Client)

Hit 'Log Note' to save
