This lesson explains how to send a Standard Response Email.
When you are in a Ticket and wish to send a Standard Response Email, you will first need to locate the 'Timeline'. In the below example it is in the General Tab, but your Administrator may have moved this elsewhere within the Layout Designer.
You then need to click on the Plus Sign shown above in the yellow circle
And from the box that appears, select 'Send a Standard Response Email'
You may then select a Template from the dropdown, or compile an email to send to the Client
Add any follow up requirements and click 'Send'
