This lesson explains how to make a Record Private so that only those individuals with the Privilege of viewing Private Records can see them.
- Make sure you are in the record that you want to make private and then go to the work and job information area.
- You will see a button that says “Private Record” with a toggle to make it yes or no.
- Scroll back up to the top and either hit “Save & Close” or “Save Only.” Keep in mind only users with the ability to view private records will be able to see that private record.
